Key Responsibilities: Oversee, coordinate, and execute the company's sales strategies and objectives within the boutique. Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of overall store business targets. Manage daily boutique operations efficiently and effectively. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of service excellence. Ensure accurate inventory management and uphold stock integrity at all times. Support CRM initiatives and foster strong relationships with VIP customers. Represent the brand as an ambassador, maintaining a professional and customer-focused image consistently.
