Job Purpose: Manages and directs the entire Broadband streams, which include Submarine, Terrestrial, and DC. Lead corresponding teams in fibre construction, whether underwater, inland, or DC. Maintains excellent relationship with various external parties while setting goals and implementing ideas within the guidelines given by the COO. Responsible to lead the Broadband Service Design and Implementation process. Qualification & Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid knowledge of broadband business from technical perspective. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be a medium between business and technology. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid technical knowledge of L2/L3 routing & switching, AAA, charging. \xe2\x80\xa2 CISCO CCNA certification is a minimum requirement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Clear understanding of not only wholesale, but retail internet business as well. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to draw diagrams/schemes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Not-for-dummies ability to work with \xe2\x80\x9cClassic\xe2\x80\x9d MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio. Main Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Hiring, managing, and leading employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and managing network reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Overall department budgeting and execution including CAPEX and OPEX. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in tender, preparing RFP/technical requirements as well as technical assessment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring operations comply with applicable state, and commonly approved international standards regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Representing the company with regulatory agencies, legislative bodies, and industry associations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining great relations with vendors, contractors, and the general public in carrying out the responsibilities of this position. Working with consultants as required ensuring the success of the Broadband deployment and ongoing operations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leads teams to achieve common goal \xe2\x80\x93 vast Internet services provision: IX, IP transit, IPLC, DIA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Act as Network Architect to reporting teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research new and emerging technologies to further goals of the company. Evaluates new business and expansion opportunities, recommends new services to the COO.
