• Technical Lead for Business Support System (BSS) Programme within the Consumer business segment undergoing business and IT transformation.
• Represent end users to define business requirements for the programme and translate them into specifications and requirements.
• Oversee technical aspects including 3rd party integration, infrastructure, network, and platform security to ensure project delivery aligns with business needs.

• Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of overall solution design and system architecture.
• Manage integration, infrastructure, security, and network aspects for system development projects.
• Develop technical solutions or workarounds for business requirements and functional expectations.
• Design technical specifications by understanding business and user needs, translating them into integration designs, and harmonizing capabilities across different systems.
• Review system performance, propose and implement performance tuning or improvement plans.
• Conduct impact analysis of functional and non-functional requirements and constraints on the technology environment, including regulatory implications and risks.
• Oversee system implementation vendor deliverables to ensure project execution meets expectations.
• Identify technical issues, provide solutions, troubleshoot, and enhance system integrity.

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in technology/system implementation and operating model.
• Prior experience in implementing transformation initiatives and large-scale IT program delivery is advantageous.
• Knowledge and experience in IT application architecture, design, and development.
• Understanding of IT solution disciplines, processes, and concepts.
• Technical proficiency across application, information, technology, and process domains.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL) would be beneficial.
