The Building Engineer will assist the Building Manager in ensuring quality engineering operation and maintenance delivery. Primary functions include:
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in all aspects of operational contract including support for the management of all hard services and building systems, engineering service delivery, asset management, legislative compliance, contractor management, troubleshooting, issues resolution and innovation
Provides support for JLL engineering team in terms of BMS, PM schedules, task systems, HSSE, client audits, CMO audits, and quality compliance
Develop and implement innovative programs, processes and producers that reduce short and long-term operating costs and increase productivity by working closely with the Facility Management Lead and the client
Assist with the development and implement the annual management plan for the buildings within the account
Management of JLL site technical personnel (daily work assignments, monitoring/supervision, quality control)
Job Requirements
Education
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 3 years industry experience in property management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Strong organizational and management skills
Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
Strong presentation skills
Computer proficiency in CMMS Supervisory responsibilities
Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, technical documentation and building systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
