Job Description

1. Preferable with Diploma/ Degree in Real Estate Management , Property Management, Building Surveying Or any Engineering Degree (Civil or Electrical or Facility Management or Technology) and Fresh Graduate even without any experience can be considered with

minimum 1 year experience in Building Management Office

but must have the knowledge in Property Management

2. Must be a Male

3. Working Hours from Monday to Saturday (half day)

4. Able to handle operations and a team of Building Technicians

5. Able to manage all service providers in the building

6. Able to work along with the JMB/MC and/or Developer

7. Advantage if familiar with accounting system i.e. CSS, UBS or Advelsoft

8. Work along with all relevant authorities (COB, KPKT, TNB, Syabas, Majlis) in relation to Building Management

9. Willing to work under pressure

10. Willing to work late hours if required

11. Good Team work and communication skill

12. Able to organise and attend monthly meetings and prepare minutes of meetings

13. Able to do Property Management Reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
