As a Building Executive, you are responsible to: - Handle daily operations of the building - Manage the tenants and visitors within the property - Manage the moving in/out and renovation of tenant - Liaison with local authorities - Manage outsourced term contractors What are we looking for in this role? - Degree in Property / Real Estate Management - Good communication skills, report writing skills, presentations - Proficient in English language
