Building Executive (property Management Office)

Job Description

a) To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Building Manager.

b) To attend Residents/Owners' complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully.

c) To supervise all service providers in the unkeep, maintenance and security of the building.

d) To supervise all Property Management Office staff employed in the building.

e) To assist the Building Manager in the maintenance and management of the building.

f) To supervise out-source service providers such as Cleaners and Security.

g) To carry out basic maintenance works within the building.

h) To assist the Building Manager in value enhancement projects of the building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
