To act as Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation of the Strata Title Property in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
To attend to residents\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
To assist the Operation Manager in the maintenance and management of the terrace houses.
To assist Operation Manager in preparation of AGM and EGM.
To supervised Admin and Technician staff at site
Responsible for Management Office operation matters.
Issue Notice, Reminder, Agenda and prepare Minutes of Meetings.
Requirements :-
Degree/Diploma in Real Estate / Property Management;
Good knowledge and familiar with Strata Management Act and Strata Management Regulations;
