Responsible to assist the Building Manager to provide building management services to the expectations of owners/tenants as well as the committee.

1. To ensure existing team provide good customer service to meet customers' expectations with regards to complaints.

2. Implement integrated activities towards creating an environment that is free of crime and at the same time eliminate the fear of crime amongst residents.

3. Regular liaison with service contractors to ensure that all service provided are in accordance to the agreed service level.

4. To ensure that the physical built environment is in good state of repairs.

5. To ensure that the building services of the complex are in good working conditions.

6. To carry out effective implementation of the House Rules to ensure compliance by all residents and visitors.

7. To liaise with the Local Authority and utility companies to ensure all services and issues affecting the residents are resolved expeditiously.

8. Execute and manage the complete vacant possession (VP) processes from preparation (before VP) to key collection.

Requirements:

Candidate must posses at least a Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Surveying or equivalent Minimum 3 years working experience in Property Managemant. At least 1 year experience in handling Vacant Possesion is an advantage. Required skill(s): good leadership, planning and organizational. Ability to handle complaints or enquiries from owners or residents in a professional manner. Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Able to carry out building operational matters, audit preventive maintenance and provide recommendations. Familiar with Strata Titles Act. Fluent in spoken and written command of English and Bahasa Melayu.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
