To lead and guide the Building Maintenance Department, particularly in the area of planning, implementation and documentation / auditing work
To lead and ensure the maintenance team are carrying out daily operations in accordance to the standard operating procedures and work instructions
To plan, direct and monitor daily operations, carry out routine inspection, checklist and ensure electrical installation of company properties
Ensure appropriate preventive and corrective building maintenance are in place and is carried out effectively
Oversee and guide the relevant internal committees (e.g. Fit Out/Renovation Committee, Security Committee, Emergency Response Team, etc)
To carry out inspections on works carried out on the management team to ensure that their SOP and work guidelines are strictly adhered to the BM/CM KPI
To produce and ensure appropriate standard operating procedures are in place and that SOPs, in-house rules and regulations are being adhered
To propose and oversee the implementation of cost saving measures for maintenance purposes
To liaise with contractors, suppliers, service providers, authorities (Bomba, JKKP, ST, Police, DBKL, etc), tenants and patrons
To ensure all ad hoc and contractual service provider and contractors perform their duty properly
To review fit out / renovation applications by tenants and contractors
To follow up and execute the Building Manager actions on defaulters
To ensure that the management team strictly follows documentation KPI set by the building manager
To attend CM monthly meetings for minutes recording and preparatio

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
