Role

Building Maintenance Exec

are responsible for fixing buildings that are broken and maintaining properties to ensure that they are in perfect conditions. They are also required to oversee or perform preventative maintenance operations for the lifts & equipment to avoid costly repairs. Among their duties they keep walls and floors clean and free of stains, replace windows, blinds, and doors, repair leaky faucets, and remove trash.

Persons working on

Building Maintenance

area usually perform many of the following tasks:

Repairing electrical devices

Replacing

faulty lighting

Coordinating building renovation

Maintaining

air-conditions & ventilation systems

Inspecting

restrooms and other areas.
Must have the following attributes:

Degree/ Diploma is Electrical/Building Maintenance or similar fields of study Sound knowledge of safety and health, OSHA Have a working knowledge of the Hospital's equipment and machines Solid understanding of the technical aspects of electric Ability to manage contractors, supplier and to maintain good record of repairs, to tender repairs and to QC on the work done by contractors Good budget and project management skills Must have good command of Malay and English Language Able to work shifts and must have valid driving license and can be on 24hours call
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
