Building Maintenance Executive
Job Description
Requirements:
1) Professional Certificate (SKM), Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or MechatronicsEngineering or its equivalent.
2) At least 3 years relevant maintenance experience (Mechanical and Electrical) inmanufacturing industry.
3) Candidate must possess a valid AO Chargeman Certificate issued by SuruhanjayaTenaga (ST). Scopes:
1) Oversee the maintenance of all electrical equipment, lightings, fixture and fittings in office premises, factory, canteen, hostels and expatriates\xe2\x80\x99 houses and also ensure safety.
2) Maintain checklist on daily inspection of all electrical equipment in the building.
3) Conduct regular tests on fire alarms to ensure it is in good working condition in case ofemergency.
4) Ability to liaise with TNB, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, Jabatan Bomba and other regulatorygoverning bodies to ensure compliance and adherence. Experience Required: Min 3 Year/s
