- Ensure the operations in accordance with current laws and company policies.

- To work closely with the local statutory bodies (Energy Commission, DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, BOMBA, etc.) to ensure compliance of the plant and machinery with government regulations and requirements.

- Responsible to ensure the functioning, upkeep, maintenance and preventive maintenance of electrical utility is maintained as per required specifications and regulation under the Energy Commission Malaysia.

- To manage and handle 11KV electrical equipment including operating, maintaining and trouble-shooting of switch gears, transformer, Gen-Set and other related system.

- Responsible for the day to day building operations routine works especially building maintenance, security, safety & cleanliness.

- To manage, supervise and monitor maintenance and adminstration staff and conduct regular meeting and briefing with maintenance team on operational matters/issues.

- Adhere to the departmental budgets and ensure site maintenance expenditures are within targets.

- Monitor to enhance all existing M&E plants, ELV & Fire Protection system preventive maintenance and building upkeep conduct as per schedule.

- Manage building defects and complaints effectively and efficiently.

- Effectively manage car park operations and collection as well as parking equipment\'s maintenance.

- Manage the utility usage at an efficiency level and implement energy saving conservation plan.

- Prioritize, plan and scope for maintenance activities and work orders, including maintaining Power Monitoring Records and other Electrical Maintenance reports for Electrical System.

- Ensure the renewal of all permits and licenses and compliance to each respective local council and authority department\'s regulations including building Fire Certificate.

- Assist Emergency Manager to lead, plan & organise annual fire evacuation drill exercise.

- On call / to attend any breakdown after office hours, weekend and public holidays.

- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.

Requirement / Qualification

- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate minimum BO 11kV competency certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga.

- Possess minimum certificate in engineering, Certificate Level / Diploma is advantage.

- At least 10 Year (s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Knowledge in Electricity Supply Act, Electricity Regulations is essential.

- Knowledge in with HSE requirement & implementation.

- Familiar with Microsoft outlook, excel, word, etc.

- Matured, analytical, self-starter and can work independently with least supervision.

- Aggressive and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Team player and ability to multi tasks.
