We Are Looking For As the Building Management System (BMS) Engineer, you report to the Systems Manager and you are the key point of contact for system-related technical matters and lead system-related technical discussions and clarifications. You should have a deep understanding on the BMS and have the capability to study, clarify and negotiate BMS technical requirements. Job Responsibilities Establish Data Center BMS for new and existing setup, including all technical aspects of the Project from design, integration, testing, Factory Acceptance Test, installation, commissioning and warranty Liaise with the relevant contractors for daily BMS related operation and preventive maintenance tasks Support the project team in the Site Acceptance Test, integration testing during project handover and transition phase Sustain BMS operation - ensure timely maintenance of instrumentation, electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems to maximum uptime and ensure all maintenance regimes and activities are in accordance with contractual agreements Continuously review the performance database and initiate corrective actions for performance improvement of systems Prompt response to all fault finding, diagnosis and recovery of systems during breakdowns Support the development of real time dashboard platform for monitoring capacity loading Support development of CMMS to assist the Critical Facility team on the total cost of ownership (TCO) forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, and cost control measures Responsible for drafting, reviewing and revision of operation documents not limited to Emergency procedure, Operating Procedure, Project tender specification and Change Management Qualities You Should Have Bachelor/ Diploma in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Instrumentation and Control or Building Services Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in BMS/ EPMS/FMCS Knowledge of Data Center and/ or other mission critical facilities design, operation and maintenance Essential knowledge in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control, fire protection and security systems Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word, BMS/ EPMS, CMMS/ DCIM, ERP, Microsoft BI Excellent in problem solving and performing root cause analysis In submitting this application for employment to PDG, you hereby acknowledge that you consent to the collection, use and/or disclosure (to relevant third parties) of your personal data by us for the purposes of evaluating this application [and for other potential vacancies in the future], you may inform us of any decision to withdraw such consent in the future by contacting [HIDDEN TEXT].
