The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. The Building Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Duties & Responsibilities To establish the daily routine inspection of all the relevant components within the premises such as all the M&E services, plant rooms, common corridors, common usage rooms, swimming pools, other facilities, and surrounding landscaped gardens, etc. to ensure the smooth running of all the relevant mechanism, cleanliness, and safety of the premises. To lead and manage the management team at the management office to provide efficient administration for the building/estate.
