Building Manager
Job Description
Building Manager for small enclave of 12 low rise buildings. Responsible for twice daily walk around inspection. To monitor and supervise the work of contractors such as cleaners, gardeners, security, rubbish collection, swimming pool, etc, in the common areas. To supervise any renovation works being done by owners. Receive and deal with any complaints / suggestions from residents. Manage a small balance of Petty Cash. Assist the council members to source quotations for work and ensure an apples to apples comparison is possible. Organize the filing of the letters / paperwork generated by the Condominium and received. To attend and contribute to the Management Council meetings.
