Requirements
Minimum secondary school education or above
Experience in construction, painting, or engineering site works is an advantage
Willing to travel and work on outstation projects
(e.g. Kuala Lumpur, Johor, Kuantan, Penang, Perak)
Basic communication and coordination skills
Responsible, disciplined, and committed to work
Able to work independently and also as part of a team
Candidates without experience but with a positive attitude are welcome; training will be provided
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and work progress
Ensure workmanship quality, site safety, and project progress meet company and project requirements
Maintain good communication with project managers and office teams
Handle site issues and unforeseen problems promptly and report accordingly
Record daily site activities, including progress, issues, and material usage
Ensure site cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations
