- Monitor, follow up and prepare all necessary documentation, reports and photos for all building defective works and collaborate with other department.
- Perform inspections to closely follow up on defect rectification progress and verify on quality of work before acceptance.
- Close liaison with contractors, suppliers, workers, consultants, architects and authorities with the objective to expedite rectification processes effectively and deliver high result quality.
- Attend customers' queries and complaints and provide assistance and actions promptly to resolve the matter.
- Perform assessment on defect rectification quality and efficiency, document the assessment for improvement purpose.
- Initiate Pre-handover inspections and closely follow up on rectification progress to deliver Eco World class handover experience to customers
Job Requirements:
-Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related field
-Minimum 3 years' experience in property/building management
-Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
-Familiarity with building systems and regulatory standards
