Be the first point of contact for all phone calls for the Building / Facilities personnel at site.
Give regular updates through daily briefings to Building Manager / Operations Manager.
Co-ordinate and maintain a list of emergency call-out telephone numbers of contractors and services.
Respond promptly to emails and phone calls and maintain a good flow of communication.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors.
Produce reports, presentation and letters as appropriate, including initiating correspondence.
Provide a pro-active support service to the Building Supervisor / Manager especially when s/he is working remotely / off site.
Provide excellent customer service and interact with contractors, residents and clients in friendly and professional manner.
Build and maintain good relationships both internally and externally, communicating effectively at all times.
Keep residents informed about pertinent information and prepare proper notices in notice boards.
