Position : Building Supervisor Project Location: Senai, Johor Contract Duration : 12 month Salary : RM2,000 - RM2,500 Expected start date: Immediately

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the building, ensuring that all facilities, including renovations, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems, function smoothly. Supervise contractor maintenance work by monitoring progress, providing direction, and ensuring that tasks are completed in accordance with agreed specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Ensure contractors comply with building policies, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Prepare, submit, and maintain comprehensive progress reports on contractor work, including contracts, work orders, schedules, safety permits, and inspection reports, for the project team. Serve as the primary liaison between the project team (comprising engineers, architects, property managers, and site supervisors) and contractors responsible for maintenance work. Coordinate with hardware suppliers, retail stores, and other vendors to arrange the pickup of materials and retail items. Maintain relationships with reliable suppliers to ensure the availability of materials, particularly for urgent or critical tasks. Verify delivery orders (DOs) against the material requisition forms submitted by the project or maintenance teams. Ensure that all materials listed in the purchase orders (POs) align with the delivery orders to avoid discrepancies. Plan and manage the transport of materials, ensuring timely pickup and delivery to the site in line with the work schedule. Prioritize pickups based on project urgency and the daily requirements of the maintenance team. Conduct regular physical inspections of the stockpile to ensure that materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment are available in sufficient quantities for upcoming maintenance tasks.
Requirements:

At least 1 - 2 years experiences in building services, facilities management, or a related field Diploma/Bachelor in building services, facilities management, or a related field
