Location : Ara Damansara (Jalan PJU 1a/46)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversee all building electrical equipment Assist in repairing any damaged water piping or any leaking that can be repaired/replaced within his means and knowledge Assist to spot check security guards Do monthly water meter reading Monitor service provider doing their servicing Check lightings weekly for any malfunction lightings & timers Checking lighting timers monthly for any malfunction timing Daily checking on all panels, pumps, water tanks, sumps, ventilation fans & all glass doors alignments Weekly checking on unit's leaking problems for reported units Stand-by for any emergency especially after office hours & even during public holidays Take turns to monitor pest control fogging after office hours

JOB REQUIREMENTS

? SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
? Preferably with ACMV, Electrical, ELV, Plumbing or Building services related certifications
? Preferably with experience in building and facility maintenance and/ or property management of residential properties
? Experience in basic servicing of air conditioning would be an added advantage
? Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
? Familiar with building mechanical and electrical systems including electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building works
? Good knowledge on usage of a variety of maintenance tools
? Ability to work after business hours, and on weekends and public holidays, as and when required
? Ability to work both independently and in a team setting in a flexible, adaptable manner
? Basic experience and knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
? Good time management and customer service skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
