We are looking a Building Technician. You are responsible on daily operation and maintenance activities:
Minimum 3 years' experience in BUILDING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT or BUILDING OPERATION with knowledge of maintenance and services.
Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan.
Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines.
Ensure daily maintenance operations are executed in accordance with the maintenance plan.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
