To perform daily preventive & corrective maintenance, check and repair building facilities M&E, C&S for blocks of apartments.
Will be liaise with the contractors, charge man
Minimum with 3 years working experiences and a computer literate
Knowledge in preparing & compiling management & preventive maintenance reporting will be an advantage.
Good communication skills with a good command of verbal and written BM or English
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
