Requirements
- Minimum SPM/DIPLOMA
- Proven experience as a Built In Furniture Designer Consultant or in a similar sales role, preferably in any industry or sector.
- Very strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, listen actively, and influence others.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored sales solutions.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies, such as consultative selling or solution selling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients or attend industry events
- Assist in discussion with client for design, specification & materials for cabinet/furniture
- Can preparing quotation and familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/Power Point
- Translate sketch drawing into 2D drawing using CAD (optional)
- Produce design/drawing based on specification from customers
- Extract specification & information for BQ/tender specification.
- Literate in design software such as AutoCAD, KDMAX, AiHouse, Photoshop, Sketchup , Vray etc
- Assisting any task given by management
- Prepare weekly progress report for in hand jobs
- Working Hours : 8.30am -5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
8.30am - 1.30pm (Sat)
