Responsibilities
Oversee/ lead the property Sales and Marketing team and manage overall sales and marketing activities include formulating and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive sales performance towards meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct feasibility study, competitor analysis and market study include marketability, demand, supply, trends and preferences to identify gaps, potentials and opportunities.
Involve in project budgeting, cost control and gross margin analysis, develop and review marketing plans and budgets, formulate the advertising and promotion activities, and property pricing strategies working closely with cross-functional team in meeting the sales revenue, gross profit margin, PAT and set KPIs.
Identify opportunities to expand market/ clientele coverage in order to maximize sales revenue, increase market share and improve company branding and positioning in the market.
Work with creative agencies and other suppliers on all marketing collaterals and promotional materials and liaise with authorities for licensing purposes.
Responsible for the operations of Sales Gallery office, build and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers and assure that all buyers' enquiries are addressed with greatest customer service.
Prepare the sales performance forecast and periodic reporting and maintain up-to-date market information.

Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any field
At least 8 years of experience in leading Sales and Marketing team with proven track record in Property Development industry.
Proactive, creative with attention to details, excellent problem-solving skills, resourceful with proven sales track record in increasing property sales revenue.
Pleasant personality, independent, strong leadership, teamwork, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
