Job Purpose: The Out of Home Media Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Out of Home media advertising space. The position requires the individual to manage the production of marketing collateral and collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and develop new business opportunities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling sales and marketing materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the production of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and monitor departmental budgets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain accurate sales and marketing reports and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making. Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, business, or related field. \xe2\x80\xa2 3+ years of experience in Out of Home media sales and marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
