About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player within the Chemical industry with a global presence for over a century. They are currently looking for a Bulk Parcel Operations Manager to join their dynamic team to assist in the business of the company.

  • Monitor and review performance of ship owners with the objective of having continuous improvement of the operations
  • Work closely with all relevant stakeholders covering shipowners, brokers, shippers etc in ensure seamless bulk parcel shipping operations
  • Conduct presentations in shipping impact workshops or similar trainings on post/fixtures, laytime calculation that are directly or indirectly involve in bulk shipping business
  • Formulate and implement guidelines, process and procedures, Service Level Agreements, Cost charging and monitoring mechanism for Bulk Parcel Operations services in the region and other regions.

The Successful Applicant

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience in handling Bulk Terminal Operations especially on operations covering parcel tanker loading and discharging operations and general bulk terminal operations.
  • Added advantage for candidates from chemical or oil and gas industry
