Bumping Manufacturing Manager/ Section Manager
Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Control the production schedule, delivery date and output, and increase production capacity to reduce costs. Organize and implement the management of material consumption on-site in accordance with standard usage practices. Ensure manufacturing environment is safe and team members aware a culture of excellent housekeeping and cost down. Take charge of driving the management of other departmental tasks. Coordinate and resolve issues that arise during the production process or other production-related concerns. Regularly supervise the work of personnel, provide opinions, and conduct performance assessments. Job Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree and above in Engineering or related. Proficiently MS office skills and English. Exhibit a deep understanding of product processes and associated materials. Familiar with the layout and environmental requirements of the production line. Proficiently manage production line output and cycle-time management. Apply extensive work experience to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures. Exhibit a strong sense of responsibility, organizational and management skills. Effective communication through multiple levels of the organization. Possess knowledge of 5S, SPC, ESD, MES systems, and related practices.
