Open Position: Manufacturing Manager (Heavy Equipment Industry)

An international heavy equipment manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join the team and be based in the Perak manufacturing plant.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

-Oversee the manufacturing of heavy equipment from steel structure to complete product in the plant.

-Manage resources from technicians to welders who have many years of experience.

-Heavy interaction with both the production floor team and stakeholders.

-Plan production and make changes to the plan according to requirements and demand.

-Be heavily involved in the production floor and getting your hands dirty.

-Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

-Experienced Manufacturing Manager in a manual fabrication and assembly environment.

-Excellent in intricate planning and scheduling.

-Well verse with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagrams.

-Highly adaptable to a fast pace manufacturing environment.

-Great leadership and communication skills to manage team of 30-40 people.

-Good spoken and written English.
