Background: European MNC (Greenfield) - Electrical & Electronics Position Title: IE Process Engineering Manager Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang Tenure: Permanent Headcount: 1 Job Highlights: Lead the Business Account and Order Fulfilment teams to achieve sales targets and meet customers\' requirements Establish new business accounts Retain top customers and nurture these relationships over time Responsibilities: Lead a team of Business Account and Order Fulfilment teams to achieve sales targets, meet customers\' requirements and build strong relationships with customers Set sales targets, compare performance to targets, and adjust targets as needed Establish new key business accounts Direct and coordinate all account management and sales activities locally and regionally Oversee and direct performance of the teams Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with key customers by providing support, and guidance and recommending quality, profit and service improvements. Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. Analyze industry situation and provide information to top management Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to investigate customer complaints, develop solutions prepare reports and make recommendations to the customer Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecasts and weekly activities reports Coordinate with various departments on contract/price review activities/customer visits/customer audits. Ensure all operational activities are in accordance with ISO procedure & company policy.
