Position Title: IE Process Engineering Manager
Location: Simpang Ampat, Penang
Tenure: Permanent

Job Highlights:

• Lead the Business Account and Order Fulfilment teams to achieve sales targets and meet customers\' requirements
• Establish new business accounts
• Retain top customers and nurture these relationships over time

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Business Account and Order Fulfilment teams to achieve sales targets, meet customers\' requirements and build strong relationships with customers
• Set sales targets, compare performance to targets, and adjust targets as needed
• Establish new key business accounts
• Direct and coordinate all account management and sales activities locally and regionally
• Oversee and direct performance of the teams
• Identify emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
• Develop and maintain a successful business relationship with key customers by providing support, and guidance and recommending quality, profit and service improvements.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products and delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Analyze industry situation and provide information to top management
• Coordinate effectively with various internal departments to investigate customer complaints, develop solutions; prepare reports; and make recommendations to the customer
• Responsible for preparing and presenting sales performance reports, forecasts and weekly activities reports
• Coordinate with various departments on contract/price review activities/customer visits/customer audits.
• Ensure all operational activities are in accordance with ISO procedure & company policy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related filed
• At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading team.
• 8-10 years of working experience in sales and marketing
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to lead a team to meet targets
• Excellent leadership skills
• Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Value-based Selling, Strategic Planning Skills, Account Management Skills, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Self-motivation, Driven to achieve results.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
