We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Acquisition Manager
to spearhead our market expansion and drive new client acquisition. This role is critical for our growth strategy, requiring an individual who is a natural hunter, strategic thinker, and expert relationship builder capable of securing high-value, long-term business partnerships.
The primary focus of this role is to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, significantly contributing to the company's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
I. New Client Acquisition & Sales Performance
Identify Opportunities:
Conduct extensive market research and networking to identify and target high-potential new clients, sectors, or market segments.
Lead Generation:
Initiate and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers in target organizations through strategic outreach (cold calls, emails, networking, etc.).
Solution Presentation:
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that clearly articulate our value proposition and address client needs.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead all phases of the sales cycle, including contract negotiation, pricing strategy, and closing deals to consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual acquisition targets.
Forecasting:
Accurately forecast new business revenue, pipeline development, and conversion rates.
II. Strategy and Planning
Acquisition Strategy:
Design and execute a comprehensive new business acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's long-term growth objectives.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and economic shifts to ensure our sales strategy and offerings remain competitive and relevant.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and content that generate high-quality leads for new business.
III. Operations and Relationship Management
CRM Management:
Maintain detailed and organized records of all client interactions, pipeline activity, and sales data using the company's CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Handover:
Ensure a smooth transition of acquired clients to the Account Management and/or Operations teams for service delivery and long-term retention.
Networking:
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to build brand visibility and generate new leads.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in new business acquisition, B2B sales, or a relevant business development role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Results-Oriented:
A demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding demanding sales quotas and targets.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
Negotiation:
Expert-level negotiation, deal structuring, and problem-solving skills.
Technology:
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales intelligence tools.
