What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Computer Science or related field.
1 - 2 years of relevant working experience (preferably in ICT industry) is preferred.
Basic IT knowledge (especially in network security) and the ability to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply -- training will be provided!
Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven individual with a positive attitude.
Job Responsibility:
Update and maintain accurate records in SAP system.
Assist in the preparation of quotations and tender documents.
Follow up on sales renewals and customer requests promptly.
Respond quickly to customer inquiries or feedback via email and phone, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Work as a team to meet and achieve quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support business growth.
