Job Description

Salary: Up to MYR 4,500



Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor



Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field.

Possess a good attitude and a passion for the sales field.

Possess good communication skills, specializing in Customer/Admin Support or related.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Able to speak English and Mandarin.

Computer literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Candidates must be able to commute to the office in Subang Jaya.


Responsibilities:



Respond to queries and process orders in a timely manner.

Handle daily operations and administrative tasks.

Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate with teams and assist with various administrative duties.

Ensure data accuracy and provide customer solutions.

Maintain an awareness of key operational factors and general office tasks.

Ensure tasks are implemented effectively.

Provide administrative and system support for operational needs.
