-Minimum 1 year experience - Master or PhD 1) Update the course outline for every module taught one week before the beginning of the semester to reflect the current or latest academic status of the course. 2) Prepare the semester schedule for the course topics to be covered during the semester for timely and full completion of the syllabus. 3) Undertake research and prepare/update the lecture slides/notes to make them as easy, creative and informative as possible for the lecturing purposes and for the student to understand, and pass them to the students on the day after each lecture. 4) Prepare the assignment question for the modules, based on a big issue or challenge topic in the module, and pass it for the AD\xe2\x80\x99s review and CE\xe2\x80\x99s approval one week before the commencement of semester lectures. 5) Conduct the lectures according to the approved course outlines topics within the academic calendar/schedule in an inspiring and interactive manner with many examples or case studies to substantiate the topics, and with minimal complaints from the students. 6) Prepare/update the questions for the mid-term exam \xe2\x80\x93 writing and public speaking before the end of the 2nd week of the semester and pass it to the AD and CE for review and approval respectively. 7) Invigilate the mid-term and final exams in the professional and transparent manner and to prevent any form of cheating by the students. 8) Mark the mid- term tests and presentations in a fair and consistent manner and moderate other lecturers\xe2\x80\x99 mid- term test ensure the same and raise a report in the designated form within one week of the tests. 9) Prepare/update the question banks (minimum 30 questions) with the schemed answers for the final exams, to encompass the whole approved syllabus by adopting the Bloom\xe2\x80\x99s taxonomy for AD and CE review and approval three weeks before Final Exams. 10) Mark the final exam papers and assignments, and final exam in a fair and transparent manner as per the schemed answers and guidelines within two weeks from the exams. 11) Moderate other lecturers\xe2\x80\x99 exam papers and assignments markings as per assigned by the AD, to ensure the marks awarded are fair and consistent as per schemed answers, and raise report in a designated form for the AD\xe2\x80\x99s reviews and CEs approval within two weeks from the Final Exams. 12) Update all moderated marks (on standby mode) and students lecture attendance in the Student Portal on correctly and daily basis. 13) Counsel students, under the mentor-mentee program or other students to overcome their personal and academic problems so that they could perform better in their studies. 14) Evaluate other lecturers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery in class under the peer- to- peer evaluation and raise a report for AD\xe2\x80\x99s approval. 15) Undertake research and write articles for publishing as and when needed by AD, as part of the CPD program. 16) Undertake other functions as directed by AD or CE.
