About the Business Administration Manager Role:
Reporting to Managing Director, the Business Administration Manager leads, organises and executes the commercial operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with Manufacturing and provide support for its operations
- Manage the following sections
- HR
- Supply Chain
- Administration
- Sales
Key Requirements:
- 10 years of team management experience
- Relevant experience across commercial processes and leadership
- Experience managing more than 100 people
- Ability to multitask easily and willing to embrace commercial/operational challenges
- Organisational and people skill
