MAIN ASSIGNMENTS

?Builds marketing and strategic plan to develop the region in a fast and profitable manner with the ability to finance it Implements Business Case and Business plans on target countries and presents them to management for validation Identify appropriate sales channels to support sales development in one's area

?Sets competition intelligence in collaboration with marketing teams

?Organize prospecting campaign and lead business development programs in collaboration with marketing teams

?Organize vendor's list registration campaign and get registered in the customer database

?Participates in business conferences, exhibitions, and marketing campaign

?Provides as necessary market information, surveys, and analysis to the marketing teams

?Proposes and supervises the execution of business development strategy

ASSIGNMENTS 2 - Sales & Sales Team management

?Manage and assign geographic sales area or product line for each Sales team member

?Ensure training of all new staff, partners, and customers

?Manages sales activities in the region (offer, orders, claims, payment follow-up)

?Negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with the manager and the tender team

?Follow up and detailed feedback, particularly on lost projects

?Supervises decisions upon contract negotiation and within commercial policy

?Be responsible for contractual risk management (legal, insurances, payments, ..)

?Liaisons with relevant internal departments/companies/authorities for projects/business

?Select, assess, and follow up Asia pacific partners for related business units

?Close tracking of invoicing & recovery of receivables

ASSIGNMENTS 3- Key Account Management

? Anticipates key account needs for new business &surveys and anticipates customer needs for new products and services (and report accurately to management)

?Meets high-level representatives of key accounts in the region and represent the Group, Identifies key contacts for business and establish a trustable relationship

?Lobby professional and technical associations to ease business development

?Maintain and improve the high level of services to client portfolio (Responsiveness, solutions-oriented)

?Ensures client's file integrity (documents, analytical information, communication, notations, etc...)

ASSIGNMENTS 4 - Sales forecasts and analysis

?Ensures on-time comprehensive reports on sales activity and market trends

?Forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly turnover streams according to the market

?Provides results assessments of sales (period of time to define)

?Collaborates in establishing sales budget and targets for the company

ASSIGNMENTS 5 - Business Development Administration

?Proposes creates, implements legal entity in the region in collaboration with third parties specialized companies (legal advisors, accountant, ...)

?Coordinates legal and administrative actions for the set-up of new entities

?Participate in the assessment of investment opportunity through company due diligence exercise, fixed assets appraisal, market, and financial analysis

?Identifies key contact relationships with local authorities, administration

?Sets up the local operational organization to support sales and service contracts

ASSIGNMENTS 6 - QHSE & Compliance

?Apply and respect all applicable business processes and compile and submit quality indicators as required.

?Comply with all Group policies (Code of Conduct, IT policy, etc.) and QHSE rules

Requirements ?Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in E&E. or other related Engineering

?Minimum 10 years experience in Engineered Solutions or Projects sales and/or sales management

?More than 5 years experience in Weighing or Industries/EPCs using weighing (Mining, Quarry, Chemical, Food & Pharma, etc.)

?Excellent track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

?Familiar with the multicultural working environment

?Experience in selling Software and MES solutions

?Experience in growing small set-ups toward excellence

?Strong network with customer have to do cold call even is a Senior Manager
