Business Development Manager (publishing/education)

Job Description
The Business Development Manager will report directly to the General Manager. He/she is responsible for expanding the client base and promoting education products through external partners.
- Establish relationships and collaborations with schools and corporate institutions to drive distribution and recruitment for our learning programs.
- Nurture relationships with existing partners to ensure steady recruitment growth and renewal.
- Clearly define the market landscape, identify opportunities, develop growth strategies, and follow through with successful execution.
- Conduct sales analysis and monitor market trends, and prepare necessary reports for internal and external reporting.
- To work cross-functionally with the team to organise activities that support business goals such as marketing and promotion, webinars, training, research and related activities for the intended audience.
- An entrepreneurial individual with strong persuasion & negotiation skills with a proven track record in sales growth.
- Can-do spirit with a passion for education for school-age children.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Open to travelling domestically occasionally.
