Provide high-level administrative assistance and support to the Management;
Coordinate and oversee all administrative functions and support-related activities;
Implement administrative policies and procedures;
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with relevant departments;
Handle sensitive & confidential information with discretion;
Undertake any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field;
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply;
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva or other designing tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Possess strong reporting and documentation skills;
Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
