Job Description


Key Responsibilities:Administrative Management:
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment.Communication and Correspondence:
- Act as a liaison between employees, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Draft and edit business correspondence, reports, and other documents.Human Resources Support:
- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.Financial Administration:
- Assist in budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
- Process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders in collaboration with the finance deJob RequirementsQualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in business administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
