Job Description
Salary : RM2,000 per month
Location: Lot Pt 16 Jalan Klia S7 Southern Zone Klia 64000 Sepang Selangor
Sepang; Selangor; Postal Code: 64000
Working day & hour: Monday - Fridays, 9am - 6pm
Contract duration: 12 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can renew the contract subject to performance and business requirements, potential for renewal / extension)To provide business/ administrative support to business unit in order to ensure smooth functioning of daily business operation and activities. Tasks include processing and tracking of business order documentations. nt out to suppliers repair stationsDuties include:
- To help prepare quotation to customers, chech data accuracy in orders, contact clients for additional information or answer queries, liaise with the logistics department, update deliveries, and prepare invoiving details.
- To help collect quotations from vendors, review & prepare orders, liaise with the logistics departments, update deliveries, and prepare payment details.
- To perform clerical work, such as filling, documentations, and update of records.
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in related background.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to use Google suite and other working programs.
