Job Description


Responsibilities To provide day-to-day secretarial/office administrative support. To assist in billing including drafting and preparing invoices. To organise and manage Partner\'s appointments and travel arrangements. To maintain proper e-records/filling of correspondences and documents. To perform work processing-related duties. To assist in conducting searches as and when required including Land search, Experian search, CCM search, Winding-up search and Bankruptcy search (on-job training will be provided). To perform any other secretarial and administrative work as and when required. Qualifications Candidates must possess at least a diploma in the relevant discipline. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Good command of written and spoken English. Strong computer skills, with a solid proficiency in Microsoft applications A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills. Preferably able to start work immediately. We welcome candidates who are either planning to pursue or are currently enrolled in LL.B or Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) programs.
