1. Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients or stakeholders.
2. Handle customer queries, concerns, and issues efficiently and professionally.
3. Ensure that customers are getting the most value from the services or products offered.
4. Proactively identify client requirements and work with internal units (technical, project, cloud, infra) to craft customized IT solutions and enhancements.
5. Develop and present project updates, performance metrics, and relevant documentation to keep clients informed and aligned.
6. Assist in the implementation of Core Application Solution sales initiatives and strategies.
7. Collaborate with other departments/units within FGV Prodata (sales representative, Finance, Project Management, Governance and etc) in order to accomplish tasks and objectives.
8. Consolidate and monitor the performance track, highlight the current achievement, and request the unit's mitigation plan to achieve the business plan and budget.
9. Provide proactive insights and advisory to clients, helping them anticipate challenges and leverage new opportunities through FGV Prodata's offerings.
10. To carry out any additional tasks or assignments that is relevant to the job designation.

Pay: RM4,201.60 - RM6,000.00 per month
