An exciting Business Analyst, Assistant Manager (Johor) job has just become available at one of the F&B companies to be based in Johor. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the business and technology teams, manage configurations, develop best practice processes, and deliver future enhancements.

About the Business Analyst, Assistant Manager (Johor) Role:
In this position, you will be responsible to generate comprehensive reports and insights on business performance such as sales results, budgets, forecasts, KPI and deliver presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver data support by accessing and working with large data from multiple sources, and partnering it with the business to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results
• Manage and track campaign performances including conducting all analysis and post-campaign reporting
• Create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business including through using data modelling techniques
• Define strategies and goals while ensuring the daily management, support and maintenance of the point-of-sales systems are met
• Administrate point-of-sales (POS) system including ordering and installation arrangement, menu and promotion setup, update pricing
• Manage the BI tools and dashboard presentation
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements\xe2\x80\x8b
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
• Lead and deliver improvement initiatives aligned to business needs and strategic objectives
• Review current processes and suggest improvements through identification of key trends and insights
• Design, manage resources, implement and support of new systems improvements
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows
