Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Gather user requirements and translate into technical and functional specifications for mobile application development.
- Work closely with QA team to conduct functional and UAT to ensure all business requirements are satisfied.
- Liaise with development team to design and develop the entire processes for SDLC such as design, business and functional requirements analysis, data analysis, development, testing and implementation.
- Support data cleansing and standardization.
- Assist with the interpretation of insights from data.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant fields of study.
- Minimum 3 years experience as business analyst.
- Good understanding of SDLC or Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, highly analytical and problem solving skills.
