Key Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for Requirements Engineering, Design, and Solutioning.

2. Support the delivery team by developing, promoting and maintaining effective working

relationships with client stakeholders and delivery team.

3. Work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating,

and clarifying requirements and defining design options.

4. In reengineering projects, work closely with the Process Consultants in analysing and

reengineering world class business processes.

5. Deliver high quality, detailed business requirement and process design documentation.

6. Facilitate workshops with business and technology partners to develop suitable solutions.

7. Assist the project manager in identifying and managing business risks and issues.

8. Be responsible for Presales activities, as well as product development.

9. Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add

consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions the company for

sustained success.

Requirements

1. Degree holder in Information Technology, Finance or related discipline

2. Proven record of accomplishment as an outstanding business analyst and consultant with solid

financial services industry knowledge

3. Application Knowledge in Commercial banking (Retail and Corporate) or Investment Banking.

Experienced in Digital Banking will be added advantage.

4. Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of

business, operations and technology focused projects.

5. Strong experience of delivering system enhancement and managing system implementation in

banking environments

6. Have an excellent knowledge project lifecycle and methodologies.

7. Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors

8. Experience of managing resources and can motivate and lead people

9. Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills

10. Excellent analytic, decision making and problem-solving ability

11. Strong facilitation and sound leadership skills

12. Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
