Brief Job Summary Business Analysts are responsible for bridging business users and technical delivery teams, understand the business context of business requirements and finding technological solutions to business needs, among other duties. Key Responsibilities 1.Be responsible for Requirements Engineering, Design, and Solutioning. 2.Support the delivery team by developing, promoting and maintaining effective working relationships with client stakeholders and delivery team. 3.Work collaboratively with delivery partners and subject matter experts in gathering, translating, and clarifying requirements and defining design options. 4.Deliver high quality, detailed business requirement and functional design documentation. 5.Facilitate workshops with business and technology partners to develop suitable solutions. 6.Assist the project manager in identifying and managing business risks and issues. 7.Be responsible for Presales activities, as well as product development. 8.Build trusting relationships with internal customers by consistently delivering value add consultancy services and delivery that exceeds expectations and positions the company for sustained success. Requirements 1.Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance or related discipline 2.Minimum 5 years of working experience as a business/functional analyst in IT 3.Proven record of accomplishment as an outstanding analyst, consultant and project manager with solid financial services industry knowledge 4.Application Knowledge in Retail, Corporate or Investment Banking. Experienced in Digital Banking will be added advantage. 5.Extensive experience gathering requirements and conducting design activity, with a mix of business, operations and technology focused projects. 6.Have an excellent knowledge project lifecycle and methodologies. 7.Exposure to business case development and a sound understanding of how design enablers underpin business benefits 8.Strong experience of system implementation in banking environments 9.Proven ability to work with stakeholders and business sponsors 10.Experience of managing resources and can motivate and lead people 11.Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills 12.Excellent analytic, decision making and problem-solving ability 13.Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
