- More than 4 years working experience as Business Analyst, Data Analyst or itxe2x80x99s equivalent
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities using Data Analytics tools
- Good experience in design, development, testing and deployment of new reporting and updates to the regional management team
- Strong ability to analyse complex business processes with good conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Passionate the latest IT technology and consistently exploring new ways to bring innovations to the IT products
- A team player with strong communication and presentation skills
