Solution/Product Ideation and Development Solution/Product Deployment and Commercialization Digital Product Management The Candidate is expected to: Work with internal and external stakeholders to come out with new/enhance solution/product ideation, build use cases, develop the ideas into executable offerings with clear target markets. Engage external parties to explore partnership opportunities with a view to enable speedy customers acquisition and facilitate embedding banking services into customers\' operation processes. Lead commercialization of new digital and partnership offerings to achieve the target planned, as well as track return on investment of the offerings. This includes planning communication, running campaigns etc. Manage new and existing digital products, ensuring compliance to policies and regulations as well as relevance to market requirements. Participate in project squads leading to the development of the digital solutions. Qualifications Like to interact with people and able to identify customers problem, turn concept into short term financing offerings. Good understanding of trend and development in the technology space. Have strong research acumen with ability to articulate the finding for management use. Attentive to detail and have good oral and written communication skills. Independent, results-oriented, and resourceful. Business Consulting / Fintech Product Development or Business Credit Marketing background is an added advantage.
