What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Be Working On General Responsibilities 1.Prepare functional design and deliverables like prototype, functional specifications, user flows, test plans and user guides 2.Involve in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development to 3.System Integration Test (SIT), User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities and post-production support 4.Manage various aspects of software development, ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects 5.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products and projects meet specific objectives as outlined by stakeholders and clients 6.Analyze and identify issues, and provide business logic recommendations and solutions that are aligned with the business goals 7.Manage stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 and clients\xe2\x80\x99 expectations on project delivery date and change requests 8.Facilitating daily huddles, project meetings and presentations to stakeholders and clients Senior Business Analyst All of the above 1.Lead product and project delivery of medium to high complexity, especially those that require cross-functional coordination 2.Review the work of other Business Analysts and provide coaching to teammates to ensure standards and quality are achieved 3.Assists in providing effort estimates for project related tasks. You demonstrate these traits both inside and outside of work. 2.Experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in software project implementation and related fields. Professional experience in banking and/or insurance is a plus point.
